As we approach the final chapter of The Wellness Room, we are committed to making every moment count. With just a few months left to share Pilates and Yoga with you, our focus remains on providing a safe, supportive space where you can continue to invest in yourself.
Below, you’ll find our full timetable, running at full capacity until we close our doors. Some of our class packs and memberships are still available for purchase, but please note that all memberships and packs will cease mid-March.

Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 24, 2024 1. Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to outline the guidelines and procedures for class cancellations at the Wellness Room. This ensures that classes are efficiently managed, and resources are optimally used, supporting our commitment to providing quality service to our members. 2. Scope: This policy applies to all Wellness Room members, including Class Pass holders and Membership holders. 3. Cancellations: • Cancellation Window: Class Pass/ Membership holders must cancel their class at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a credit. • Late Cancellations: No credits will be given for cancellations made less than 8 hours before the class starts. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Members should contact the Wellness Room to discuss such situations. 4. Fees: • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $10.00 will be charged if a member has 3 or more no-shows and/or 3 or more late cancellations (cancellations made less than 8 hours before the class starts). • Dishonour Fee: If a member is paying via direct debit and there are 2 failed attempts to collect payment, a dishonour fee of $5.00 will be charged. 5. General Policies: • Non-Transferable: Class pass packs cannot be extended or transferred to another person. • Membership Freeze: Members must provide 14 days’ notice to freeze their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks. Memberships cannot be frozen during the 12-week contract period. For further details, please refer to the membership contracts and waiver form provided at the time of membership purchase. • Communication: If a member is unable to access the Momence app to cancel a class, they must contact the Wellness Room directly. If a member expects to be 5-10 minutes late to a class, they should notify the Wellness Room 20 minutes prior to the class start time. 6. Contact Information: • Messages: All messages related to cancellations can be sent via the Momence phone number: 0482 072 091. • Calls: All calls related to cancellations can be made to the Wellness Room phone number: 0490 443 469. 7. Compliance: Failure to comply with the notice requirements and cancellation policies may result in termination of membership, and class passes. 8. Exemptions: Members who require a genuine exemption from these terms due to work, family care commitments, or other significant reasons should contact the Wellness Room to discuss and work towards a solution. 9. Policy Review: This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with operational needs.

What do I need to bring?
Wear attire that you would be comfortable to move around in, a Yoga mat (or you can use one of ours if you need) and a water botte to keep you hydrated. For our outdoor fitness classes don’t forget to wear your sneakers!
When should I arrive?
It’s best that you arrive at least 5 – 10 minutes before class to allow yourself time to set up and settle in, Although our classes start on time if you are running late our owner Angel on most occasions will be in the foyer waiting for you. We welcome you to utilize our mobile phone number to text those unexpected last-minute movements.
Where do I park my car?
We have ample car parking behind Hollander House with the entrance off John Street. This is partial undercover parking for those rainy days and it’s also accessibility friendly! You will see the entrance to our studio on the right-hand side when you are walking towards the back entrance of Hollander House.
Are phones allowed?
This space is the time to switch off from our busy schedules so we ask you to leave mobile phones in the car or turn to DND if you are storing in our studio lockers.
Do you have lockers?
Yep sure do! For double security and after everyone has been checked into class we lock our main entrance too!
What do I use to book?
We use the Momence booking software which is able to be utilized through our website or app.
It is important to note that your first initial booking must be used via the website so that our rooms show up as an option for you on the app.
You can also cancel your classes through Momence but please ensure you read the cancellation policy.
Do you have toilets?
Toilet facilities are on site, spacious if you’re needing to quickly get changed before/after class.
Do you offer filtered water?
Yes we have filtered water with both instant hot or extra cold options.
P.s Stick around for some herbal tea after class whilst we sit around and chat!
How long are the classes?
Most Yoga classes go for 60 minutes with a couple being 45 minutes.
Our Pilates and Fitness classes all go for 45 minutes.
Events and Workshops vary.
I'm still nervous, any advice?
We want our Wellness Hub to support any individual at any stage of life to better their general wellbeing. We don’t ask you to be flexible, strong or even know what you are doing, we ask you to come as you are. A step is still a step, being uncomfortable is the first step to growth. If you need a little more guidance and support don’t worry we will hold that space for you.
